My order was refunded without me initiating it, placed another order using the gift card + more of my own money because the Discount Code was no longer valid. It has been 3 weeks even after using the AU$24 Express Shipping and Customer Service either doesn’t answer or sends me the automated reply. AU$650 GONE.
