I am leaving a review because I had a TERRIBLE experience shopping on Fashion Nova. This would be my first time shopping with them and let me just say I am very disappointed, to say the least. For the last 2 days, I was selecting items that I'd like to buy because there was a BIG sale and I was doing a clothing haul so this means I took 2 days out of MY TIME to look for clothes that I really wanted. Let me just tell you that I wasn't even able to make a purchase! I tried using the app and it was glitching/freezing! Then, I tried using the website and it was doing the same thing. I tried very hard to make the purchase and even called customer service to help with troubleshooting but this wasn't helpful. The lady gave me a bunch of tips and was nice enough to give me a 25% discount but I don't know if it's worth it if I can't even use it. :/ I'm very frustrated because I really wanted the items. I'm a plus size girl and it's hard to find clothes my size especially clothes that are "cheap". I would've gotten these clothes on sale but we all know that didn't happen. :( To anybody struggling to make a purchase using their shitty app/website, just know you aren't alone. This is very shocking coming from a well-renowned brand like Fashion Nova. I honestly think this is ridiculous...I guess they won't be getting my money.
