I place an order at Fashionnova on 08-11-2020. I suppose to get it on August 17. I haven’t received my package nor any update on the status. I contacted customer service twice which I didn’t get any response. I should have read the reviews before I place my order. Such a terrible experience and I will never shop with them again.
