If i could give a zero i would. Ordered 10 items totally over $200 recently. I received only 3 items out of my 10. I have emailed repeatedly and I received no assistance as they send pre-written emails. The only email they did send was blaming dhl but not taking responsibility. They still took my money.. i have yet to receive a refund or my items i paid for. The same thing happened to my friend a few days later. I have shopped with fashion nova for years but they have lost a customer.
