Went to by a couple items, but when I went to finalize the payment, the shopping cart froze, told me there was an error and charged me without completing my order or giving me a reference order number. Can't get help from Fashion Nova even after multiple phone calls, even though the problem arised on their end. Shitty company, I imagine the software engineer or web developer who made designed their webpage is zooted out half the time to not be able to create a reliable online shopping system. Got proof for days, yet they are so adamant about NOT helping me out and me trying to resolve my "own" issues through Paypal, even though the money was SUCCESSFULLY sent to Fashion Nova, with receipts of items and all. I literally paid for NOTHING. What makes it so much better is the ditsy airhead you call "customer support" trying her best to explain to me what she "thinks" the problem might have been, without even trying to escalate my problem to higher authority. What a joke.
