Disgusting customer service.
Say they offer free returns.
Don't tell you when you're purchasing from another company through them, then don't tell you that you have to pay for your returns.
Then kick you off live chat when you question it. The live chat I had to use as they ignored multiple emails.
Rude, and very poor customer service.
Will not be using you again and will be advise friends not to also.
Disgusting.
