I never ever wrote a bad review but I had to share my experience. I placed an order with a few elemis products (even though i only needed 1 product) in order to be eligible for the elemis gift set. I could see it in my cart and placed the order. I received my order but no gift set. I checked the confirmation email and it was not included. I tried contacting them via email, whatsapp and their chat on their website. NO reply!.. I was searching my email one day thinking maybe they responded and it went to spam..but i found an email from years ago where the same thing happened to me and I completely forgot. Not happening a 3rd time.

If I could give 0 stars or even less I would. AVOID thid company at ALL costs. I have placed an order, some of which I returned due to not being satisfied with the products and some seemed to have been tempered with and I was still sent them. Upon returning, they received the return within a few days and three weeks later still did not refund me. I contacted them they were barely responding, and kept saying returns can take 10 working days although it had been 10 working days and more. They then had the audacity to say they will NOT be refunding me because they did “not” receive my return, although I had proof it had been delivered to them. They then claimed since 2021 I had returned 6 orders which were either declared lost or returned, so they closed my accounts. Laughable. First of all no order has been lost as I have proof they’ve all been delivered to their depot, apart from this one which also clearly states it’s been delivered but they want to claim is lost. And if they claim it’s been lost, how’s that my doing ? Was I the one to physically deliver the package to their company and then mark it as delivered? Secondly, I am well within my right as a customer to return items I am dissatisfied with, because they are not as described or seem inauthentic. These have all been partial returns I didn’t keep returning full orders. They have also failed to mention orders I have been placing since 2017, none lf which have been returned. This is simply not only a lack of honesty and integrity on their part but an extreme lack of professionalism to which I am glad I will no longer be placing orders. This is not how you keep or treat loyal customers and your online reviews clearly say A LOT. From customers having experienceD the same exact situation as me, being you claiming you did not receive our return and therefore refused to refund them or customers simply NEVER getting their orders at all and being ignored by you, it is very comical that you dare to insinuate I was being fraudulent. Absolutely concerning and disgraceful to act this way. With the number of competitors offering excellent customer service (reflected by reviews) and with far better quality products, better integrity that deserve our hard earned money, it’s laughable they think closing my accounts will harm me vs them. I’ve never had such a degrading experience with a company before and I have been online shopping for over 10 years. THEY on the other hand have plenty of reviews reflecting their lack of integrity and poor professionalism. So if many are experiencing the same situation as me, it says a lot about them as a company. They have now refused to refund me the items I returned. If they think they can get away with refusing to refund customers, they can think again because I will not be letting this go, I will be seeking legal advice and proceed with this case because they will not get away with stealing people’s money and then accusing them when I HAD THE EVIDENCE AND THEY DON’T. WARNING to everyone to beware of these people. Please spend your money with companies worthwile where your experience will be far greater and you will be valued as a customer. There are far too many in the UK for them to be acting like the way they had with customers.

I would never order from this company again. I had a missing order, tried to contact them several times and after 60 days I got the response that after 60 days they won’t be able to do the refund . Smart of them not so good for me.

Out, out and more outs! My Elizabeth Arden foundation color could not be found anywhere in the U.S., and I was starting to panic. I took a gamble by ordering from feelunique in England, I figured the worst that could happen was losing my money. There was no need for me to worry, my foundation arrived in just 9 days. The shipping box was a bit bent, but the product inside arrived without a nick. I am pleased and will happily order again.

Feelunique UAE really made me feel unique. I have never experienced any companies here in USA who would charge, fail to provide the service/send the items, advise you that the refund has been processed and not to do actually anything about mu refund. It's been more than 1.5 months I can not get my refund. Can show all the mails and and proofs, they either ignore my mails or replying with a copy paste answer that they are working on it. Ridiculous. Want to save your time, money and nerves, never order from them! the worst experience I ever had in UAE.

I ordered an incorrect foundation shade to a sample I received from them. I returned the product straight away after reading my error on the box. Unfortunately my refund was denied … saying the cellophane wasn’t intact and wasn’t in a saleable condition … there was no cellophane on the item? What was I supposed to do, wrap it in cellophane myself? It’s extremely easy to check if a foundation has been used. What’s even worse than that they haven’t offered me a credit note or even returned the item back to me, they’ve literally scammed be out of £40. I’ve been a loyal customer in the past but please listen to these other reviews before using them.

I ordered the Guerlain Terracotta Blooming Bee bronzer from Feelunique website. It was out of stock on the Guerlain website and I was so disappointed that I waited, so I was thrilled to see it offered at Feelunique. I received a FedEx number within a few days and watched the activity. It arrived within 2 weeks. It's perfect. I am very happy with this retailer/website.

I purchased a number of items over the Easter bank holiday, some of which were gifts. Following their dispatch, Evri clearly lost my parcel. I contacted the customer services only to be ignored to the point that I feel ghosted. After a number of messages and responses to their emails, despite asking for them to track the parcel and ensure I receive the items, I still don't have what I paid for two weeks ago. Moreover they just advised that one of the items is no longer available and carelessly offered a refund. I still don't have the rest of the items despite asking for them number of times. They have no consideration for the consequences of the poor service quality they offer. I am totally distressed and will never ever shop from them again. When it really matters, their customer service is appalling, beyond poor and disappointing.

Ordered some products for my wife and after a month they never arrived. Sent them a message and they said they would redeliver. Another month goes by and nothing. Thus company is a scam.

I wish I could give 0 stars I wish I could give 0 stars! I will never be purchasing here ever! I used to love feelunique and was always ordering from their website. But this week my order was delayed and I tried to contact their customer service and it was a nightmare. They are NO HELP AT ALL!!! There are other better online shops like lookfantastic, notino, allbeauty or justmylook which are so much better and cheaper! Chloe from customer service team - RUDE, THE MOST UNHELPFUL AND JUST COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

Never buy from this company no matter how great the offer looks their service is slow and they use Hermes for next day delivery which has a track record of not delivering on time. Disgusting 🤢 service and their preferred courier company

I wish I could give zero stars. Our parcel arrived soaking wet and contained £200 worth of products and the “customer service” team had the audacity to offer £5 off our next spend of £30. How they think anyone who has experienced such an awful order is coming back to spend more money is beyond sensibility. Avoid and shop elsewhere because there is zero service on offer should you need help

Order not delivered from 2 weeks ago. Tracking record via Hermes clearly shows this was never delivered. Numerous attempts made to customer service with no response (other than one automated email response saying how busy they are and how to look at their website for further info) . Very poor customer service combined with very poor delivery service. That said, my money was paid to Feelunique not Hermes. As a result, when/if I get the refund for my order, I will never ever use FeelUnique again.

I ordered 2 bottles of Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Castile Soap, early this month, it is the 23rd of October 2021 today. I have just gotten my order but it is missing another bottle. I have contacted their customer support and I do not have a concrete answer as to how they will refund me because I paid COD OR if they will send me another bottle. I will update here as soon as.

Disgusting customer service. Say they offer free returns. Don't tell you when you're purchasing from another company through them, then don't tell you that you have to pay for your returns. Then kick you off live chat when you question it. The live chat I had to use as they ignored multiple emails. Rude, and very poor customer service. Will not be using you again and will be advise friends not to also. Disgusting.

NEVER USE NEXT DAY DELIVERY as it will never happen! I have ordered a present for my mum at 10am for PREMIUM NEXT DAY delivery to be delivered on my mum's birthday, and it never arrived next day! It might arrive the day after but I also had a bad experience that the parcel from Feelunique never arrived at all they use Yodel which is very unreliable! The order is over £300 i hope it will arrive otherwise my mum will be left without a present on her birthday - thanks Feelunique! You should consider changing Yodel as your delivery service as it ruins people's trust whether the order will actually arrive or not!

Awful. Don't expect anything you order to arrive in under 2 weeks. Even allowing for covid, supply chain issues this company are still consistently slow. Their customer service is severely lacking. No response after 48hrs.
