Order not delivered from 2 weeks ago. Tracking record via Hermes clearly shows this was never delivered. Numerous attempts made to customer service with no response (other than one automated email response saying how busy they are and how to look at their website for further info) . Very poor customer service combined with very poor delivery service. That said, my money was paid to Feelunique not Hermes. As a result, when/if I get the refund for my order, I will never ever use FeelUnique again.
