I purchased a Makita lxt grinder and the picture showed a macpack case that comes with it. They didn't send me a macpack case and now taken it of their website when called the woman was abrupt and slightly rude and then wanted to charge me £5.99 to return it as it there issue. I am 💯 sure it should have come with a macpack case but they deny it but now it has been removed no way to prove it. Last time I use FFX tool
