“terrible refund service its as though they go out of their way to make it difficult to return anything in the hope you will eventually give up”

“This Company advertises a next day delivery if you order within X hours (By 8pm weekdays). The last 3 occasions I have placed an order, my delivery has been late by at LEAST 3 days. I’m not an impatient person but sometimes online is the only place you can get items. And when I need it at short notice next day delivery is important. When I spoke to their customer service team they couldn’t end the chat quick enough. They just blame high volumes. If you can’t fulfil the delivery times, don’t advertise it. Conclusion: don’t be reeled in by their false advertisement of delivery times. It’s highly unlikely to happen. Massively do not recommend. Awful customer service.”

“Do not use this company. Ordered with an advised delivery date. My email confirmation showed a different date. Called them to ask for it part shipped which they said yes no problem. Items didn't arrive and when I rang to chase was told they don't know why they were shipped. No remorse shown and they don't really care once they have your money.”

“I brought a drill and just gone to use it and does not work , I have tried on several occasions to contact them and fill in their returns form and no reply at all !!! They are not answering my emails I’m so upset and wasted so many hours trying to contact this company Please advise if anyone knows what I can do”

“Yet another company that say on their website that they have the product in stock with next day delivery but don't actually have it. No communication, I now have a delay to a job which costs me more than the tool. And they still show on their web site that it's in stock.”

“Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS. They don’t abide by distance selling laws, their website promises deliveries they cannot fulfil on stock they don’t have! Use Screwfix or Powertool World for proper service!”

“Ordered for next day delivery and the item didn’t arrive, this is the second time they have done this to me so I won’t be using them again. They may as well use chat bots in customer service, the standard excuses are just as disappointing.”

“Ordered a Metabo SXE 450 on 3-05-24 from FFX. It stated if I order within one hour & so many minutes it shall be delivered by 4-05-24. Item arrived on 5-05-24, one day late with a Tracked 24 label stuck to the box. So when you remove the label it rips the box. The box was also damaged as there was no additional packaging only the original box. Very disappointed with FFX”

“Used ffx for many battery tools, in the past. ( all on ebay ). Got messed around on my last order. They took my money, I waited and waited for the item to turn up. To be told it was out of stock. NOT MY PROBLEM. don't sell goods that are out of stock. I won't use and haven't used ffx since then. Not a professional company. So I have bought from elsewhere. And very happy with the new company.”

“Made two orders with FFX now. Second was a Sealey grinder that was missing a bolt to hold the blade on. Customer Service could not be more helpful. Dealt with it in the perfect manner. Could not fault them and will definitely be using them again. Thanks”
