When speaking with customer service my questions were ignored multiple times and when I wanted a refund they sent a new one to my house without me even agreeing as I wanted a refund. “Their faulty tool policy is to send back to manufacturer for repair if after the 1st month of purchase. No refunds or exchange! Shop elsewhere (Screwfix etc) for a lot better customer service. Unless you're happy to be toolless for weeks”

“I thought I had good deal for DeWalt DCS356P2 kit for £299. When I received it a few accessories were missing. I asked FFX about it but they claim they offer different P2 kit than DeWalt's website. DeWalt website says about '35 pc Accessory Set' but FFX sells only '29'. Missing accessories are worth way more than £30 and I've seen "full" P2 kit on Amazon for £330. Better to send it back for full refund. Everywhere P2 kit looks exactly same expect FFX. I wasn't aware about existing two different P2 kits as DeWalt website shows only one with '35pc'.
I sent complain to DeWalt about their 'Authorised Reseller' and waiting now for response... will update asap.
PS. Also they sent incorrect case T stak II twin tool designed for DCD996X1 combi drill.
