Stay away from this company, waiting over 1 week still no goods, customer service, what customer service, management Paul - could give care less - rang when walking his dog not even at work.

I've had an aweful experience with FFX. The item I ordered 9 days ago was in stock, but still hasn't been dispatched. I've had no communication from them and only found out anything when I called them, when I was then lied to about the item being sent that day. Then the next day when I called it hadn't been dispatched and was being sent that day (again). Again the next day I called as it hasn't been dispatched, and again I was told it was being dispatched that day again. I would like a refund and I will buy the items from elsewhere, however I cannot get a refund from FFX. I will not be using FFX again and I would not recommend them to anyone. Unreliable, liars, poor communication and generally a bunch of let downs

Delivery times are vital to trades, planning is everything, so ignore that flashy banner on the website that says free next day delivery. It's a lie. I wouldn't mind so much if they got in touch and explained it was not going to be dispatched when they said it was but they can't be bothered. Their online chat is also bs and your forever at numer1 in the que. Got no time for liars, first and last time I'll use them.

Their faulty tool policy is to send back to manufacturer for repair if after the 1st month of purchase. No refunds or exchange! Shop elsewhere (Screwfix etc) for a lot better customer service. Unless you're happy to be toolless for weeks

Ordered 2 Makita batteries they sent out 2 used battered batteries , customer service is absolutely rubbish I paid £105 they offered £10 refund ! Don’t waste your money

Bought a pressure washer from them, had nothing but issues, it’s been returned three times. I’ve asked for a replacement or refund, been told it’s beyond the 30 days where they care about their customer so now I have a £625 lump of metal that’s useless. First time trying FFX but I will be going back to Sam Turner in future as they have great customer service and seem to care about their customers.

Absolute joke. How many orders do you have to place before they get it right. Absolute joke Ordered a makita caulk gun waiting on next day delivery didn't even send it out so had to refund, Then ordered makita sds drill, makita radio and battery on next day delivery. Dpd delivered (another useless company) but only the battery was delivered called up and they said only battery was sent. Once again refunded. Ok 3rd time lucky surely they can't get it wrong again can they????? Then ordered a makita makpac trolly and 5 boxes, I called and asked will it be delivered tomorrow they said 100% guess what only half the order sent to dpd and called dpd about time of delivery and they said its being held as it wasn't delivered to them in time for next day delivery. Had to call again and get a refund. 3 times placing an order and 3 times they screwed it up. Orders totalling over 700 quid. Which I've had to go elsewhere everytime. You'd of thought they would want the business. Seriously how hard can it be to see an order and pick it send it out for delivery its not rocket science. If I run my business like that I'd very soon run out of customers. Maybe that's what there going for.

Ordered some items on the 29th of November for next day delivery, well i contacted after a few days, to ask where the items were, was assured and promised it would be there next day... Well few more days go by, contacted again same promises and assurances, I said I need it before the weekend as it's part of a birthday present. they promised and assured it would be here. well it's well past the weekend it's the 6/12/22 When I contacted them for a refund they didn't seem that bit bothered about messing me around, I even said I have to keep chasing you up. It's unprofessional, I am so done with FFX never again! I have to wait for my refund now. Terrible service.

FFX is ok if you never have an issue with a product, but returns, repairs and refunds, all the after sales customer services are the worst I have ever experienced. They have lost my repaired drill twice, the customer service team have never called me back when they promise to do so and the refund has taken weeks. I will never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Service and time couldn’t be worse Next day delivery a week later after the job is done costing lots of money when I could’ve used a better service thought I could trust them Mistakes happen but it wasn’t one mistake it was multiple mistakes from the customer service and not sticking to what they said they would do on three occasions what I asked was not difficult and they cost me a lot of money do not use Unless service and time it’s not an issue

Bought DeWalt framing nailer kit for a present as It seemed a good deal It came in box with framing nailer and finishing nailer on box which was what I saw when purchasing When it was opened there was no finishing nailer in box Spoke to company and they take out finishing nailer "as most people have this" As it was a present the 30 days elapsed so I can't return it Buying the finishing nailer would cost £275 so I could have got this deal elsewhere cheaper Just be aware when ordering from this company what you are actually ordering

Customer Service for this company is appalling. I ordered a festool plunge saw which came with a tape measure. It was broken. I asked for a replacement tape measure and their response was "It was free and not on the invoice so we will not replace". WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE IS THAT.!!! No compassionate dealing with the client. We spend tens of thousands a year on tools and I would never buy a screw from this lot again for the sake of a tape measure :_))) It wasn't the price of the tape measure, it was the principle of the matter. All the trade know we spend money hand over fist, every day - They spend their budget on trying to get us to buy from them and then when they have us, this is the treatment. Disgraceful Bye Bye FFX,

Terrible service and company purchased some items with the help of a voucher however one of the items I had to send back they were going to charge me £15 to send the item back when for the same service but with higher insurance I paid £7 anyway sent the item back left it a week contacted them to be told that they had a back log I asked could you just check to see if you have received it for them to say have you got a copy of the photo or signiture at this point I was concerned it felt like if I said no they would have said they never received it lucky I had a photo. But still had to put in a complaint to get my refund just remember I sent one item back of the five and they took the voucher back lol stay away terrible expensive and dogey practices.
