Bought a pressure washer from them, had nothing but issues, it’s been returned three times. I’ve asked for a replacement or refund, been told it’s beyond the 30 days where they care about their customer so now I have a £625 lump of metal that’s useless.
First time trying FFX but I will be going back to Sam Turner in future as they have great customer service and seem to care about their customers.
