“Made two orders with FFX now. Second was a Sealey grinder that was missing a bolt to hold the blade on. Customer Service could not be more helpful. Dealt with it in the perfect manner. Could not fault them and will definitely be using them again. Thanks”

“I recently purchased x2 bosch 5ah pro batts but didnt get them, and after days of wrangling the top notch jordan from cs finally got the faff sorted and they eventually arrived, so thanks to jordan, sam, dan from cs i recieved them plus a couple of freebies 👍😉 which was a very nice gesture”

“I have bought many tools and equipment over the last few years. delivery has been second to none. prices are good (not always the cheapest) I buy from FFX as I have total trust in them. I have just recieved a diamond blade, delivered in about 28 hours. Keep up the good work. Thank you.”

“I have bought several tools from FFX over the past year or so, the service has been excellent, one order made after 10 o'clock on a Sunday evening arrived before 10am the next morning. Prices are in my experience the best I could get and every order has arrived very quickly.”

“I've used FFX quite a number of times over the years and their sales/delivery's are excellent and their after sales support is fantastic. I bought a bahco rachet socket set from them and the ratchet stopped reversing after very light use after about 9 months. Ffx sent a replacement out next day, no messing about. This is not the only instance of great after sales support, highly recommended.”
