I recently purchased x2 bosch 5ah pro batts but didnt get them, and after days of wrangling the top notch jordan from cs finally got the faff sorted and they eventually arrived, so thanks to jordan, sam, dan from cs i recieved them plus a couple of freebies 👍😉 which was a very nice gesture
