I ordered a specialist tool for £400 specifically for one job that we have been dealing with.
When I received the delivery I noticed that the tool was damaged. I tried to phone costumer service but couldn’t get through so I sent an email with the pictures of the damage and asked them to send a replacement. I got automatic reply that They will reply in 48-72 hours. In the meantime I did try to contact them by the phone and did manage to get through but through asking for different department first. I took me 2days .They told me that they were busy and will come back to me when they can.
It is very frustrating!!! This issue caused damage to my business as I have my carpenter waiting for the tool and not doing the work.
