Pathetic-you sent 2 packages not 3,we are missing the fibre glass matt 10 metres.Neither of your phone numbers work and you did not respond to my email,so, Karen,its a dismal FAIL..
Please send the matting,the delivery man changed the receipt as he only had 2 packages,I hoped you'd be sending it on ,but here I am,roof leaking,over £200 down.
