I've been dealing with Fibreglass Direct for several years now, we are a building company based in NW England. Sadly my last order has so far gone missing. Fibreglass Direct simply don't answer the phone. I've got through twice in approximately 15 calls. I've left messages on voicemail and to employees in person, I've been promised calls back. Nothing. This may well be the courier's failure, but the responsibility to sort this out is with the seller, and the customer service is beyond bad. They have lost my future custom now. I still don't have the goods that I have paid for.
