Everything was great, they did everything you would expect of them well until I contacted them as I’d made a mistake and quite a lot of resin leaked from my mold meaning I needed some more. As I’d bought 10kg of clear cast resin I asked if the 2.5kg could be poured on top of the 5kg as they had different names and I also cheekily asked if there was any chance of a discount or free delivery as I needed to buy more. They answered the first question fine but completely ignored the second. They didn’t even just say ‘sorry no’ and I asked twice! If they had answered the rating would be 5 stars.
