Unfortunately your packaging department crushed my trim when wrapping up, tape was pulled far to tight. I did not notice until I had removed the old roof, this left me with quite a problem of sourcing another peice witch I could not do for a further two days as the job was in a different city to where I live. I had to leave my client with a open bay window roof for two days. Due to unnecessary inconvenience. Plus the additional expense of buying and collecting more trim.
