My experience with fibreglass direct was not great. Although all the staff were all friendly and helpful over the course of my 4 visits to the leeds branch, I was very u impressed by their professionalism... The first vist I had to wait about zn hour as my order had been misplaced. On my second visit my order had been sent out fir delivery when it was a clic and collect. The 3rd vist i asked the staff member if they were sure my order was complete as it looked short and i was assured it would be right. For me to find out it was short afterall. My 4th visit was successful as they gave me the missing part of my order. What a joke!!!
