I personally would say good not very good. We wasn't told when actual delivery date was which we asked for and was unaware that delivery was in two parts by two different couriers. The delivery note of goods delivered was confusing. It could have been made a lot easier. Eg. Highlighted in first deliver what actual parts were included and what was too follow by a different delivery company. You delivery like your delivery to a building site not actual persons home. We may not have been at home to receive delivery and that would have caused a lot of problems as we live on a busy high street. It's a good job my hubby is a builder and he looked out for a delivery by chance but saying that he understood what you had and had not delivered. However we rang three times and went too answer machine. We emailed and received a quick reply. If we were novices a lot of people wouldn't have understood your delivery note.
