As a company, First Travel Solutions have been using us for 2 years now. They have a fantastic team of telephone operators who always go above and beyond to help you out as best they can, they're accounts department are head and shoulders above any similar companies who supply us (and there's a lot!) and the management team are very approachable and down to earth.
FTS have set the bar so high that no other company has even come close to meeting the levels we now expect.
