“At vest mediocre and at worst just incompetent. Taxis supposedly turn up and car report you on board when you are waiting. You book another one and then stand about waiting again. Next time I will use Uber.”

“Just wanted to say a BIG thank you for the outstanding organisation of the park and ride and bus service arranged from Trinity Park and back on 24th August 2019 for the Ed Sheeran Concert at Chantry Park. From having travelled over 300 miles outside of Ipswich it was daunting about how to find our way, park, etc. Having this service was a blessing, and made it so much easier for everyone. Just wanted to say thank you and well done - a brilliant weekend! Suz & Lee (Plymouth, Devon)”

“As a company, First Travel Solutions have been using us for 2 years now. They have a fantastic team of telephone operators who always go above and beyond to help you out as best they can, they're accounts department are head and shoulders above any similar companies who supply us (and there's a lot!) and the management team are very approachable and down to earth. FTS have set the bar so high that no other company has even come close to meeting the levels we now expect. We enjoy working with FTS and hope our partnership continues to thrive.”

“Responded urgently to a corporate travel event where the incumbent supplier had sadly let us down at the last minute. FTS provided a professional and timely response for passenger/client movements and provided real-time tracking information for all of their vehicles. Brilliant service.”
