I have Fitbit charge 6 and it worked for about a year and a half and today it decided to stop syncing out of nowhere. I followed every piece of instruction available to reset, reinstall, un sync, update, clear cache, etc. it will not allow me to sign into my Fitbit to re sync the device with a Fitbit or Google/Gmail account. It doesn't say what's wrong, just the generic repeating message "Something went wrong". I've spent 2 hours of my precious time that's now wasted. Google ruined this brand after acquisition and I will not purchase another Fitbit product because it is low quality and doesn't last. Fitbit put me off smart watches so much that I will not be using smart watches at all any time soon in the future. It's too much hassle and isn't worth the effort just to know my sleep score. Do better Google, until then you just lost a household of customers.
Also 1 year warranty is unacceptable when I spend almost $200 on your device! Electric toothbrushes have better warranty than your Fitbit and those guys are actually necessary and get used multiple times a day. The fact that you offer 1 year warranty means you admit that your product is a waste of money. You can't even stand behind it for 2 years.
