HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All I'm trying to do is place an order and they keep rejecting it for chargebacks that never occurred--I usually order through Amazon.
I remember trying to ask them 10 years ago to standardize their crazy illogial sizing that varied within the same style.
They don't know the meaning of customer service.
