“I received the shoes but one was badly made and caused pain immediately. I have had one response from Customer service requesting photos. I did that and sent the 3 photos as requested. Now... nothing. I sent the email again.. nothing. I tried contacting them through their chat bot and the conversation was ended before it began. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking regarding returns and refunds...”

“I purchased a pair of these trainers, and they are already damaged after only a month and a half of use. I have only worn them for my daily commute, so they have not been subjected to heavy exercise or rough conditions. When I contacted customer service about the fault, they dismissed the damage as normal 'wear and tear'. Given the high price of these trainers, I expected a durable product. Instead, the quality is very low. I cannot recommend this product if you are looking for footwear that lasts through basic, everyday wear. Do not waste your money.”

“PLaced an order, FitFlop shipped it to the wrong address (the missed the apartment number so it was delivered to the wrong place), and their customer service response was pretty much "it's your problem. We shipped it so there is nothing we will do about it".”

“I was so excited 2/14/26 when I ordered my Delicato all black flats from Fitflop but when I received my order the shoes were too big. On 2/27/26 I submitted an exchange request but never received my return label via email. I waited a bit then emailed Fitflop inquiring about next steps. Never heard back. Sent them again an email on 4/6/26 and attempted to call them. Finally received an email from Jolynn stating as it is now over 28 days they can no longer exchange the order. Very said indeed. Order # US-027507152”

“I bought a pair of platform boots from Fitflop. They are super comfortable but after only a couple of months of indoor use, the heel on both boots is peeling. I've reached out 2x via email to the company and never heard back. Super disappointing because I would definitely order from them again (because their line is so comfortable) if this was resolved or at least addressed.”

“i bought a pair of waterproof boots they were £140 and at this moment in time they are wonderful ----really thick ,deep treaded soles and lightweight i need these to stand the test of time as they have to be worn in all weathers”

“this company may as well be scam and its employees mindless robots. My order was registered incorrectly without the advertised discount honoured. After several followup calls and several rounds of explaining I ended up with the same mindless answer days later. They downright refused to fix the issue or cancel my order even though I first reached out within seconds of when the order went through - literally! Quality is also ridiculous compared to prices charged. I have had two slippers from past purchases that have ripped after only a few times of use. Save yourself the headache and insult and avoid this company.”

“I've bought quite a few FitFlop products all have been extremely comfortable from the start. Unfortunately my last pair was faulty as there is something sticking out on the heel giving me blisters. Clearly a faulty item customer services refused to give me another pair as I've worn them!! Paid £80 for something I can't wear. Very disappointed”

“Dreadful Sandals brought the soles of my feet out in blisters and I was in awful pain Fitflop customer service response..wear them in until they become comfortable! Unbelievable. Avoid avoid!”

“I purchased a sandal with the jewels only wore them once and two of my jewels failed out. I wouldn't recommend them. They should send extras when charging $200 for them. I have a picture of them but of course I can't upload it🤷a total rip off”

“Complete and total ripoff. Do not waste your time or money. Canceled the app and they still charged me, refused to issue a refund. Had my bank block them from my account to keep from having continued charges on my account. To top it off the app was not helpful AT ALL! Save yourself a headache and keep moving passed this app.”

“I bought a pair of WonderWellys and they fell apart. Did contact FitFloo and they offered me £20 credit, against the purchase of a new pair of their boots/shoes!? Went back and forth with customer services but to no avail. So disappointed and can honestly say my £5 Lidl welly’s are still going strong after years of wear!! (Pop a nice insole in and they are super comfy too!) would not recommend, just not the quality they used to be.”

“I bought a pair of Midnight Navy Wonderwellys one year ago. They are very comfy but the right boot developed a pinhole in a join that now leaks and lets in water. This is a manufacturing flaw. The company will not send me a replacement boot. These boots are not durable and are useless if they leak.They say there is nothing they can do. They have not told me how long they would expect their boots to last before developing holes. I would not recommend them.”
