I've bought quite a few FitFlop products all have been extremely comfortable from the start.
Unfortunately my last pair was faulty as there is something sticking out on the heel giving me blisters. Clearly a faulty item customer services refused to give me another pair as I've worn them!! Paid £80 for something I can't wear. Very disappointed
