this company may as well be scam and its employees mindless robots. My order was registered incorrectly without the advertised discount honoured. After several followup calls and several rounds of explaining I ended up with the same mindless answer days later. They downright refused to fix the issue or cancel my order even though I first reached out within seconds of when the order went through - literally! Quality is also ridiculous compared to prices charged. I have had two slippers from past purchases that have ripped after only a few times of use. Save yourself the headache and insult and avoid this company.
