Horrible customer service! Took 3 days and 30 minutes being on hold for them to tell they can't return my shoes because it was 29 days since purchase. Did not take in to consideration how hard it is to reach them. Was told that I would not be able to be transferred to a manager. Order shoes elsewhere!
