Before ordering and paying contact with Flaske was quick, prompt and effective. However, since paying its been very poor. We were told to expect a delivery within 14 days. Three weeks after ordering we chased and was told it was being produced that week and shipped the next. Fast forward two weeks and its still not been even produced. We were promised an update today but that hasnt happened. Before Christmas we were told we got a phonecall with an update from Corporate sales. They asked us to stop saying negative things online and promised expedited delivery just after Christmas. Its now been weeks after this and STILL nothing - not even an update.
