Item not received for 3 weeks and no updates on tracking. Customer service slow and ignored most my messages. Item finally delivered to nearby newsagents so had to walk with a heavy box and inconvenience myself. Posted a review on their site and they didn't approve it which shows how awful and illegitimate this company is. I am notifying trading standards of this appalling business
