Absolutely shambolic. I order pair of Jordans on 21st of Jan. I recived a text from DHL saying the item has been delivered which I wasn't even at home. I went on my footlocker account and until now it says shipping. I contacted DHL and I was asked for tracking number and I provided them the one they emailed me, and they said that is incorrect number. I tried to contact Footlocker which I wasted my time going back and forth with a bot. Eventually, I found an email and sent a message to them. I was asked to fill a from for lost items and send it via email, I did like I was asked but now It has been over 4 weeks without any update or reply. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop from footlocker. JD has got far better coustmer service.
