Don't even bother to order from them, tried to return /exchange 2 pairs which they sent in wrong size in their shop (website and chat bot said we can) and they refused, fella even tried to do it but wasn't possible. Only option is to send them back and hope that they will return money (very unlikely based on others reviews)
