My personal experience was pretty much the same as everyone else's. Seriously, how can they even get away with this?
Said they shipped the item, DHL 'couldn't deliver' - neither to mine or alternative address, then they took ages to proceed refund... Useless customer service (thanks for nothing Joāo...) Honestly just go bust, Footlocker.
