Placed an order and needed to cancel, contacted footlocker well within their 1 hour time frame as per their website policy. Did not hear back and when I reached out again I was met with rude responses from an employee called “Vanda” who imitated / mocked my message instead of replying professionally. Another colleague called “Joao F” was also very unhelpful and closed the chat despite being aware I contacted footlocker within the required timeframe. To summarise, footlocker do not abide by their own website policies and then result to blaming the customer and mocking them when they ask for further help.
