Absolutely shocking experience! My delivery was apparently left with a neighbour, they had cctv evidence to show this was untrue! Contacted footlocker to receive an email stating it had been delivered. After playing email tennis and repetitively saying the same thing and providing the same details, even though they were in the email thread, I’m awaiting a form to complete to claim the money back they owe me for failing to provide the goods I purchased. I wish I had read these reviews first and not diverted from JD Sports who are by far a much better company!!
