If I could give them a -5star I would. Ordered two pairs of trainers twenty days ago at the cost of nearly £250 for my kids at xmas. Got email to say they had arrived and they hadn't. Rang footlocker who said it was left on my doorstep. No card or nothing. Filled in a form to say IV not received them to be told ten days later I had filled the form in wrong and they need it again. Also delivery driver now changed his story to someone at my address signed for it. I live on my own and haven't signed for it. Now IV got to wait another five to ten days for a reply. Absolute joke. Will never buy from them again. Absolute scammers. I'll be contacting my bank in regards to fraud
