Same experience as many others have already reported:
Ordered in December, parcel not received, tracking number unknown to the courier.
I contacted twice the customer service and every time they reply the tracking number will eventually work when the parcel reaches UK.
I have requested to know the tracking number to trace my parcel from their European deposit to the custom border where the parcel is curently allegedly stuck up.
No reply.
