Did 2 Separate orders for new Jordan's. FedEx delivered to wrong building and 2nd order I never received. Filed a claim with footlocker to do an investigation and was told either I will get a refund or they will resend the sneakers. 2 weeks later received email claim was closed and denied. I even spoke to FedEx claims investigation and explained how the buildings are set up, and he delivered to wrong building. A complete waste of time and money. Very poor customer service experience on both ends. Lost me as a customer for over 21 years.
