Truly diabolical experience Ordered and pair of trainers and opened an account to follow my purchase and receive tracking details Received no receipt of purchase and the verification email never came Had to spend 6 hours between DMs and live chat to be told it was a problem with my email settings Obviously it was not and a quick scan of their twitter feed and you can see that this is a very common occurrence So a was essentially lied to by support or they are incompetent Either way it's a fail Eventually they DMd me my receipt and tracking number but couldn't explain why they hadn't just done that in the first instance 6 hours of needless back and forth I highly recommend using JD sports or any other reputable supplier as Footlocker are beyond help Please check their twitter @footlockerEU and you will see dozens of similar stories I hope this review helps many of you from having to waste a day trying to deal with what should have been a 5 minute transaction And I still have no access to the account I created 🤣
