I didn’t not receive the pair of shoes that I ordered. I received a pair of pink shoes for a toddler. What’s worse is I just spent 1 hour and 18 minutes on a call with your “customer service” rep who said she could not send me the item that I ordered, but she could give me a refund if I return the order that I received. The packing slip on the box was addressed to me, but the packing slip and shoes inside the box were addressed to Ashley W. I will be returning these shoes for a refund, and I will never order anything from Foot Locker again. What is the point of ordering online, when I have to drive the item to the store because YOUR people made a mistake. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never dealt with such an incompetent customer service rep. I had to read the order number 5 times before she got it. One hour and 18 minutes of my life wasted. I could have driven to the store and back two times. Absolutely infuriating.
