I ordered a new release shoe for a child’s Easter gift. I asked the customer service rep if I would get it before Easter if I placed the order on Saturday. I was told it would ship UPS and would arrive. Instead it was sent Canada post and will not arrive until after Easter. Then when I tried to sort the issue with a customer service rep they just tried to dance around it rather then trying to work to get the shoe delivered. Totally disgusted and I will not purchase from Footlocker INC again. Now I have a child crying on Easter because you wanted to save money and ship a New release shoe Canada post instead of UPS. If your rep would have said I would not get them on time at the time of order I would have ordered elsewhere.
