Incompetent, uncaring and thoroughly inappropriate!
Took money on 3.6.2020. No communication on update for delivery or despatch times.
I prompted them 15.6 "not happy" only to get an email next day "shoes not in stock".
I was specifically needing those shoes for using medical grade orthodics but had to knock back the appointment 3 times while waiting for shoes I paid for that ended up not even in stock.
Not sure if the money is refunded yet. Its not even about the money - the service is incompetent.
THESE GUYS ARE TO BE AVOIDED
