Recently sent my Mephisto shoes to be renovated. Payment was taken straight away. After 3 months of not hearing anything and not replying to emails or phone calls, we finally informed that the shoes had been returned with no identification labels on them. This resulted in further delay. For £150 all that was done was a new sole (which did not need replacing) and a new pair of laces. The body of the shoe which needed renovating had not been touched. Absolute waste of money. Do not deal with these people!
