I bought a pair of black boots and waited months for them to be delivered in August 2023. I wrote and asked about returning them because they were too big. I returned them in the same month. I have sent four emails to footwear 4. I received one email response on 22 March with an apology. But no refund. I emailed again and then again. I have been waiting 9 months for a refund. I strongly recommend not buying from this company. The shoes cost £225.00 and I have bank records to show payment and no refund.
