Using Fresh Patch was the best decision we could have made when adding a puppy to our family. Not only is their product fantastic and helped our dog get potty trained in a few weeks, but their customer service far exceeds any expectation we had. Any issues that came up were immediately resolved with no questions asked. As long as we have a dog + no yard, we will always have a Fresh Patch!
