“I have had my 3 month old puppy LaLa for almost a week and potty training was not going well at all. I tried using pee pads with puppy training spray; mopped my floors in pee blocker spray, these methods did not work at all. My puppy dislikes walks and refuses to potty outside. I spent a lot of time reading all of the potty options and decided to try fresh patch. It arrived yesterday and I did not have high hopes, but figured it was worth a try. I about passed out when my puppy peed on it within a couple minutes of me sitting it on the ground. I was so excited. I told her she gets treats if she potty’s on it and lured her on it with a treat a couple of times. It has now been 11 hours of having the large fresh patch set up and LaLa has peed on it around 25 times and pooped there once. She has only had 3 accidents where she tried to pee on it but it got off on the side instead. This product is a lifesaver. I really did not think it was going to work, but I am so glad I purchased it. I did not buy any of the sprays for this product, but I might try the cleaner and the grass life extender depending on how it holds up in the next week or so, but highly recommend! Finally I do not mind the Subscription because it’s definitely worth the price knowing that my puppy is not peeing all over the place and I am saving money on cleaning products.”

“3 times, THREE TIMES! I ordered 1, ONE! Shipment...and they automatically enrolled me into a monthly subscription. EVEN after I clicked 1 one time shipment (for the higher price) and unselected the subscription option. The first time, i thought it was my bad. The second time...I thought something funny was going on. Now I'm mad. Avoid this business.”

“We have to change vendors because you refuse to only ship Fed Ex. Doesn’t require signature, no problems before now they won’t leave it. We live in a condo they don’t call or anything. As long as you use Fed Ex, we’re done. This is how you get competitors, not taking care of your customers you have.”

“Great idea, TERRIBLE product. The smell of chemicals from the product can be smelled inside from outside on the patio, where mine was stored. It made both my small dog and me sick. TONS of fleas with this last shipment. The customer service and website are awful. Much better products on the market.”

“We have been customer about 5-6 years. Our dog does his business only outside. When we moved to high rise condo, it was pain in the neck to take him out many time every day especially early mornings and late nights till we found fresh patch! We put it on the balcony and he used it right away. Ours and my dog’s lives are much easier now! Thank you so much! We also love a plastic tray. It looks very sleek and easy to clean. In conclusion, the customer service is the BEST in the world!”

“While i am very pleased with your product I just received my latest shipment of the 24x24 large grass patch. It was too large by about an inch on all four sides so it did not fit my previously purchased plastic liner that I ordered last month. I had to cut it to fit myself which was a MESS. Sorry to say that was not satisfactory. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. I love your product but this shouldn't have happened.”

“I have two dogs, a Frenchie and a Frenchie Cocker Spaniel mix. We moved to a condo and my Frenchie had trouble going down the steps to our lawn. I thought I might have trouble trading a 5 and 4 year old dogs. Bought one extra large and decided I would like another, living in Iowa I order another one. We love it and I wished I had thought of it before. My Nellie and Gracie love it. In a colder snowy climate going up and down the steps was hard to do! I do over my grass if I know it is going to rain or snow.”

“We have a 6 month old King Charles Cavalier. We ordered fresh patch in hope to train her to wee on grass rather than pads. My patch was quick to ship and arrived . Unfortunately my patch has lasted 3 days. We are throwing it out today because unfortunately the ammonia smell is far too strong and we are looking for other options now . As $39 every 3 days is not viable in our household for a dog to wee on grass. I spend less on flushing the toilet for 6 months.”

“Better than expected! Not only was the quality great for the trays and grass (xtra large), the customer service and super quick shipment was really appreciated. I can see her enjoying this not only for play but for the occasional, "I can't wait for you to take care of business" times! Location: 4th floor terrace.”

“I’ve had a subscription to FreshPatch for over 2 years now (since December 2019) when my dog was a puppy. We started with the MINI version and as she grew, we ended up settling on the STANDARD size. Our dog is a 12-13lb ShihTzu and standard works great. If we had more space I would certainly upgrade to LARGE or even XL so she would have more space but standard works perfect for us. We don’t have a yard or grass area as we live in a townhome complex with no yards or parks. Though my dog has no problem doing her business in the dirt areas, we would rather her not go on walks when it is dark. We have coyotes nearby and our last dog was attacked and killed by one so we are overprotective with our current pup. FreshPatch has been the answer to our restroom safety concerns! Every single late night, we tell our Rylee “go potty on your grass then we can go upstairs and get our treat and go night night!” She excitedly jumps on her grass and does her business safely. We sometimes keep it inside the house and also move it onto the balcony. We get ours delivered every 4 weeks since she typically only uses it late at night and goes on walks during the daylight hours. We love FreshPatch and are so happy we found it! We use to have one of those plastic grass patches and it smelled terribly and was a pain to clean often. With this grass, after the 4 weeks is up, we just throw it away and replace it with the new grass. FreshPatch gets Five stars from us!!”

“Best thing I have spent money on in years!! It took my 4 1/2 pound Biewer Terrier about 10 days before she would use her fresh patch on our apartment patio. Now she loves it and uses it regularly. Highly recommend.”

“Our fresh patch has been a life saver for potty training. We have ordered fresh patches for both of our dogs when they were puppies. We still use a fresh patch for our Pomeranian. It's great for the winter months when she won't potty in the snow! I've had one fresh patch that was delivered very wet and it had turned yellow during delivery. I called customer service and they sent me a new one right away!”

“My Bearded Dragon would only go outside to do her business. It’s super cold now on the east coast and she is miserable. I had to think of an indoor solution as warm baths were not helping either. I am so happy that she loves it.”

“I’m giving Fresh Patch a 4 star review. 5 stars for client service. 3 stars for quality of product / delivery times. First patch came 3 days late and poor quality. Replacement patch was the same. 3rd time was great quality but still longer than expected shipping.”
