I was to pick up my new puppy soon and was excited I would be able to try out the fresh grass option. Since I live in an apartment complex with so many other dogs, I figured this would be my best option to potty train for outside use without putting my puppy in danger without vaccinations. I live in CA, so I thought it would be easy to receive the patch within 2 days. I was wrong. So two days go by I check my shipping with FedEX, my patch is now in in CHICAGO. I call Customer Service (CS) and explain the issue and they work to send out a second patch. Two days go by again and still no patch. Call CS again and they explain my size is out it and will be a few days. They gave me a refund for my troubles. At this point I have had my puppy for two weeks and had to use pee pads to my dismay. Wait a few more days and FINALLY both patches arrived. Funny thing is, the patch that traveled to Chicago looked better. I tried to use both, but at the time my puppy didn't really take to it, so I chose an alternate potty method. Fast forward a few months and I try for another patch. Same issue with FedEx, says its fulfilled on Fresh Patch's end, but no tracking on the website with FedEx. Once again I called CS and cancelled it all. I've wiped my hands with them, as working with FedEx is causing them issues.

Loved Freshpatch until today. I had a sick dog this weekend so desperately needed my new Freshpatch to arrive on Sunday, it's scheduled date. When it didn't arrive, I contacted support and was told that FedEx lost the shipment. They would send another but they refused to expedite shipping. This means I'll get my shipment 4 days after it was originally supposed to arrive and if you've ever had a sick dog use a Freshpatch, you know that 4 days is a lot. I would expect better customer service and willingness to expedite a Freshpatch when it's delayed to no fault of the customer and is desparately needed.

It’s always the companies that have appeared on Good Morning America and made a media sensation that take the deepest plunge. Yet it was clear from the first order that there would be problems with this one: First of all they depend solely on FedEx for shipping, the real bottom feeder of delivery companies. Why not offer UPS or even USPS for those customers who actually want to receive there product, like, period? Second, the grass was yellowing on arrival. Why would I pay for this? Final point, the standard cedar frame that was suggested on the website fits the standard grass size in the loosest possible way. Meaning, there is a gaping crevasse on all sides. What even is the point? Such a poor quality product barely qualifies as a product; this company is on a race to the bottom and we, their customers are funding its owners scummy owners race to the top.

My dead patch turned up a week late. Delivery company had extremely poor communication. Not sure why neither companies called the number I provided.

Fresh Patch was great at the beginning of Covid. Lately the orders are taking longer and longer to ship. I order XL on a Saturday and the box always ships on a Monday and arrives damaged on a Friday or lately Saturday’s. Sometimes Fedex even says Monday! One week later! They always arrived ok and lasted over a week for me but the shipment I received today was awful. 75% of the grass was dark green and slimy and had a bad smell. It is unusable for my dog. $40/week for something that sporadically arrives and may or may not be useable is unacceptable. I will cancel my subscription and try to find something local. The concept is great and my dog loves it but if only I could get the product and it would be consistent in quality.

I ordered $227 worth of stuff. 3x XL Trays and 3x XL Sod! They took 3 days to ship after sending in to fedex the info, but not sending to fedex, which is a red flag of dishonest company. Then 3 boxes arrived finally with 1 tracking number which doesn't happen with FedEx. I got 1 tray 2 Sod so half the order. I sent several messages and got the same message back that they delivered and NOTHING more. There stance I guess is we delivered. Honestly maybe the worst company I have ever dealt with, dishonest from start to end, terrible fulfillment and shipping, and even worse customer service

I was really excited to receive the grass, delivery was quick and easy. However, upon opening the box I was highly disappointed. The grass I received did not in any way depict the product online. It was a dark brown and was clearly on its way out. Despite emailing the company, no response. I don’t be returning as a customer

For the price I would expect an actually decent piece of grass, so far I've gotten very blotchy grass that's barely even grass, ones with chunks of clay in it, or overall clay - which is a MESS
