“We have a 6 month old King Charles Cavalier. We ordered fresh patch in hope to train her to wee on grass rather than pads. My patch was quick to ship and arrived . Unfortunately my patch has lasted 3 days. We are throwing it out today because unfortunately the ammonia smell is far too strong and we are looking for other options now . As $39 every 3 days is not viable in our household for a dog to wee on grass. I spend less on flushing the toilet for 6 months.”

“Never arrives in time. Always on a different day of a week. Once it arrived a week late the same day the one for the following week arrived. Need to get their shipping issues and customer service sorted.”

“Generally good service. But occasionally the orders go missing or one just doesn’t arrive. Happened a few times, when I contact customer service they explain the basic subscription (pay one week in advance) in some convoluted manner as if to imply the order has all arrived. Bit difficult to deal with. Would prefer to change companies rather than be cheated. Grass occasionally shows up dead.And also contains a lot of worms.”

“Delivery was prompt and the grass was moist, but the patch isn't even lasting a day! My dog is very easily tearing it apart, and I'm concerned about wood chips she is pulling out and chewing on. There's dirt and grass all over my floor. I could have bought a piece of sod for far less.”

“I received my FreshPatch 5 days ago and it looked pretty bad when it arrived, but now after ony 5 days it's all brown and will probably only last a few more days. I previously had an artificial grass system for my dog. The one with the sprinkler system in it. My dog was getting hesitant to use it so I ordered the Fresh Patch. But when it came she didn't want to use it and instead used the artificial grass that I had laid on the deck next to FP. I don't know why she didn't like it, but it looks nasty to me and I won't be re-ordering. We'll stick to the artificial grass.”

“I ordered fresh patch for my kitty who loves the outdoors in hopes I could bring a little of it inside to him. I assumed after reading reviews and seeing pictures of other cats on the site lying on the fresh patch that mine would like it too but he didn’t. It seems like he is not attracted to the smell of the patch - won’t go near it, let alone on it. I’m going to give it another few days before I throw it away but so far, I think it was a waste of money and isn’t meant for cats.”

“I’ve been getting weekly deliveries from fresh patch for years. The grass overall is okay - but the customer service and shipping is terrible. Some months we have on time weekly shipping (ships mon and arrives fri) and other times we wait an extra 2 or three days. If there’s a holiday the delay can be longer. By the time we get the grass it’s dead and soggy. Customer support isn’t much help. They’ve offered to overnight grass for an astronomical fee. Sometimes they don’t respond at all. It’s frustrating as a customer who has placed weekly deliveries for the past 3 years.”

“Delivery was great, dog likes using it and didn’t take long to figure it out. However we have had it just 6 days and the cardboard is leaking with pee, grass looks quite dry and dying. It’s price point is too high for something that needs to be replaced weekly...”

“Good product but horrible customer support. They don’t send a reminder the order is getting ready to ship. My company uses the same software that they use to I know al they have to do is click a button to turn on that option. They are shady for not doing that. They just do not care about customers. I’ve also received yellow grass a few times and I’m in the same state”

“I have ordered these before from Amazon and they were always fresh. This was my first order directly from the company and this patch was not as green and lush as it usually is. I will try it a few more times and and if they continue to look like this I will discontinue ordering them.”

“Disappointed with this shipment. The grass was not green. I called your customer service dept and was sent a replacement. It was much better but not up to the quality I had been receiving previously.”

“The delivery was easy; the disposal was semi-easy haha my Pomeranian, Bentley chose to play/sleep in the fresh patch rather than use it for it's intended purpose so I will not be purchasing again. It was a nice idea though!”

“Experience to manage orders online is great , customer service not that much... 3 recent deliveries came with over wet, boxed for more than 5 days grass patch.. why would i pay 27$ for such grass and delivery that takes 5 days”

“The item is great. My issue was being delivered the wrong order. I ordered three standard grass pallets and I received two standard and two XL. I called and left a message and no one ever returned my call to correct the order. Thank you.”
